Maria Klutey serves as President of Activate Renewables, where she provides day-to-day oversight of operations, including leading sales activities for both landowner and developer transactions. Ms. Klutey has been investing in renewable energy real estate since 2010.  She was the CFO of American Wind Capital, the first company to focus on monetizing royalties from wind and solar renewable energy projects. She subsequently worked with multiple funding partners, including Everest Infrastructure Partners and, most recently, Landmark Dividend. Previously she spent 12 years at GE Capital, first in finance, operations, quality, and origination before joining the newly formed Renewable Finance group, which provided project equity and tax equity to renewable projects. Prior to joining GE Capital, she served six years of active duty in the U.S. Army.  Ms. Klutey holds a B.A. from Princeton University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

Jordan Bradley serves as Director of Land for Activate Renewables, where he oversees business development and sales operations, with an emphasis on landowner outreach. Mr. Bradley has 10 years of experience in the energy industry. Prior to joining Activate, he served in business development for Accelerate Resources, which makes fractional investments in climate-conscious oil and gas wells in the Permian Basin. Previously he co-founded Lineage Energy Investment, Inc. after a two-year career with Amegy Bank’s energy lending division. Mr. Bradley earned his B.A. in finance from Baylor University.

Danielle Steele serves as an Acquisition Specialist for Activate Renewables, with a focus on outreach to landowners across the United States. Ms. Steele has more than 10 years of experience in business management in the fields of rental property real estate, financial advisement, actuary, underwriting, and a background in law. Prior to joining Activate, she served in several sales and marketing roles and has also been a licensed life and health insurance professional for more than 20 years. She has received several awards, including Employee of the Month, a Sales Performance Excellence MVP Award, an Individual Market Outstanding Sales Contribution Award, and a Team Performance Award. She is also very active in civic roles, most notably serving as the keynote encouragement speaker at the Governor’s Maryland Statewide Memorial Services for Crime Victims and Their Families. Additionally, she advocated, lobbied, and obtained sponsorship from four Maryland State Senators and testified before the Annapolis Senate House Committee in favor of Senate Bill 572. Ms. Steele studied business administration and law at Mergenthaler Tech and completed Insurance Opportunity Unlimited/CAPE education for her insurance licenses.

Ty Williams manages the land and legal acquisitions process including title analysis, document preparation and environmental assessments. He is responsible for maintaining the company’s asset database and providing support on project-level financings. Prior to moving into the position of SVP, Land and Legal, he served as Land Manager for Accelerate Resources Operating.

Previously Mr. Williams held various legal and land management positions for companies such as Accelerate Resources Operating, Purple Land Management and Williams Oil & Gas Consulting. He earned his J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Christian University.
